The Modern food Irony...
Before now having bread in my space was almost a ritual, until I started to look like bread this year. I had to cut down on bread consumption and today it's over 4 months and I haven't bought the first loaf of bread for myself although I still eat bread but only from another's loaf that way I don't over eat it because it's not mine this also happens once in a while as I am mostly in my space. A typical Modern food. I am considering stopping bread consumption completely, not just because of the weight this time but because as a trained Microbiologist the shelf life of bread these days is disturbing. When I used to buy bread I noticed my favourite bread then could stay fresh for almost 2wks without refrigerating 🤯. It's a concern, the shelf life of bread is becoming too long especially for the now infamous Carton bread.
